Fundacja na Rzecz Ofiar Wypadków Komunikacyjnych i Bezpieczeństwa w Ruchu Drogowym "ZIELONY LIŚĆ" powstała w 2001 roku w odpowiedzi na rozliczne trudności, z którymi konfrontuje się ofiara wypadku. W dniu 29 kwietnia 2004 roku decyzją Sądu Rejonowego w Toruniu, VII Wydziału Gospodarczego Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego, uzyskała status ORGANIZACJI POŻYTKU PUBLICZNEGO.

Foundation for Victims of Traffic Collisions and Road Safety "Green Leaf" was founded in 2001 in response to the many difficulties which the victims of such events were confronted with. On 29 April 2004 by the decision of the District Court in Torun, VII Economic Division of the National Court Register, the Foundation obtained the status of public benefit organizations. We are registered in the District Court in Torun, VII Economic Division of the National Court Register under the NCR number: KRS 0000052038
